Product Description: The ABB SYN5202-0277 is an automatic dual-channel synchronizer, part of the Synchrotact 5 series. It is used for the automatic synchronization of generators with power lines and for paralleling of synchronous lines. The dual-channel design provides maximum safety and availability due to separate measuring units, processors with different software, and command relays for each channel. It can also operate purely as a synchrocheck device. The SYN5202-0277 is designed to prevent incorrect paralleling and features an internal watchdog for error detection and automatic reset.
