Product Description: The FIREYE 85UVF1-1QD is a self-checking, microprocessor-based ultraviolet (UV) flame scanner belonging to the Phoenix Series. It features an integrated flame relay with automatically set ON/OFF thresholds, eliminating the need for a separate flame amplifier or flame switch. This scanner is designed to detect the amplitude of modulations (flicker) within the targeted flame across a wide frequency range. During setup, the scanner automatically stores the target flame’s amplitudes and determines optimal ON/OFF criteria, while also selecting the appropriate sensor gain. It incorporates comprehensive self-diagnostics and electronic self-checking for reliable operation. The 85UVF1-1QD model is equipped with an 8-pin electrical quick-disconnect (QD) for easy wiring. It is suitable for various combustion applications, including duct burners, industrial gas burners, refinery applications, waste oil units, waste gas units, low NOx burners, and incinerators.
