XYCOM XVME-660/716 module is a bus interface communication module with FCI redundancy installation function. It supports two redundant interface communication modules FCI, one FCI running as the primary mode and the other running as the hot backup mode. When the main FCI fails, the module can automatically switch to the hot standby FCI operation to ensure the stability and reliability of communication. In addition, if redundant FCI and redundant ModuleBus VO buses are selected, the main FCI can control two ModuleBus buses.
