FOXBORO FBM207B
The FOXBORO FBM207B is a versatile input module designed for the Foxboro I/A Series distributed control system. It functions as either a 16-channel DC voltage monitor or a 16-channel contact sensor. Each input channel is galvanically isolated from other channels and ground. The module supports various discrete input signals depending on the wiring and associated Termination Assemblies (TAs). It can be configured as a single unit or as a redundant pair for increased system availability. The FBM207B communicates with the system via a redundant 2 Mbps module Fieldbus. It can also execute programs for Discrete Input, Ladder Logic, Pulse Count, and Sequence of Events with a configurable input filter time.
