BENTLY 3500/42-01-00

The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/42-01-00 is a four-channel Proximitor/Seismic Monitor Module designed for the Bently Nevada 3500 Machinery Protection System. It accepts input from proximity transducers, seismic transducers (like accelerometers and velocity sensors), and Velomitor sensors. The module conditions these signals to provide various vibration and position measurements, which are then compared against user-programmable alarm setpoints to drive alarms for machinery protection. It communicates essential machine condition information to operations and maintenance personnel, aiding in proactive maintenance and operational efficiency. Each channel can be programmed to perform functions such as radial vibration, thrust position, differential expansion, eccentricity, acceleration, velocity, and shaft absolute measurements. The “-01” indicates a Prox/Seismic I/O Module with internal terminations.
