FISHER DVC2000
The FISHER DVC2000 series is an intelligent, microprocessor-based electro-pneumatic valve positioner. It not only has the traditional function of converting the current input signal (4-20mA) into the air pressure output signal, but also has the ability to communicate through the local display LCD and the HART® protocol123. The DVC2000 is designed to allow users to configure, check and adjust, providing a package of I/O options that includes two all-in-one limit switches and a stem position transmitter 2. It uses a high-performance linkless feedback system that eliminates the need for direct contact and reduces the possibility of component wear. At the same time, its fully packaged electronics are resistant to vibration, high temperature and corrosion environments1.
Product parameters:
Input signal: Analog input signal is 4-20 mA DC, standard; Split range control is also available. The minimum voltage at the meter terminal must be 8.5V for analog control and 9.0V for HART communication. The maximum voltage is 30 V DC voltage 3.
Output signal: The pneumatic signal required by the actuator should reach 95% of the maximum air source pressure. The minimum range is 0.5 bar (7 psig) and the maximum range is 7 bar (101 psig) 3.
Operating temperature: The operating temperature range of uncertified instruments is -40 to 85°C (-40 to 185°F). LCDS (liquid crystal screens) may not display 3 at temperatures below -20°C (-4°F).
Power Supply: Local 1.
Process control: flow, pressure, temperature, liquid level 1.
