The FCP280 module is an integral part of Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure™ Foxboro™ DCS system, performing regulation, logic, timing and sequence control. It can work with the connected fieldbus module (FBM) to realize the functions of data acquisition, alarm detection and notification. The FCP280 connects to the Foxboro DCS control network via standard fiber or copper 100Mbps Ethernet cable.
