GE IS200VAICH1D
The GE IS200VAICH1D is an I/O processor board, one of several analog VME boards offered by General Electric (GE) for the Mark VI turbine control system. The board can be used in conjunction with two TBAI patch boards for input/output processing of GE gas turbine control systems. The IS200VAICH1D is a single-width VME board with a high-speed CPU that provides digital filtering and uses a 32-bit floating-point format. It contains a library of sensor characteristics required for RTD and thermocouple linearization, as well as other quantitative and control functions. In addition, the board design of the IS200VAICH1D has two backplane connectors located equidistant along t he back edge of the board, allowing the board to communicate with the rack and other boards within it.
The module also contains internal relays (M), which are not directly connected to the outside world and are used only as an intermediate result of the operation, sometimes called auxiliary relays or intermediate relays. Like output relays, they can only be programmed. Each auxiliary relay has an unlimited number of pairs of normally open and normally closed contacts for program2.
