Product Description

The MOTOROLA MVME2400 is a high – performance VME processor module designed for a variety of applications in embedded systems3. It is based on the Motorola PowerPlus II architecture, which provides excellent performance and customization capabilities2.

This module uses the low – power, high – performance PowerPC750 32 – bit microprocessor, which, together with the on – board peripheral component interconnect (PCI) bus, processor/memory bus – to – PCI bus bridge, and VME interface, integrates the best – in – class flexibility and performance into a single VME slot3. It is equipped with a certain amount of on – board cache and memory, and has a variety of interfaces and expansion slots, which can be easily customized for different industry – specific applications, such as aerospace, defense, industrial automation, and telecommunications3.
